The recommended dosage is generally 0.3%–2%, depending on the material system, product thickness, required foam density and processing conditions.
The best foaming effect can usually be achieved at a processing temperature of 160–190℃.
This White Foaming Agent can achieve better performance when used together with AC blowing agent. AC blowing agent is an exothermic foaming agent with high gas generation and fine cell formation, but it may cause cell collapse or yellowing in some applications. White blowing agent is an endothermic foaming agent with lower gas generation, coarser cells and better anti-collapse performance, helping maintain product whiteness.
